 INGREDIENTS

 METHOD

Rice-1 kg 
Curd-1/2 kg 
Green Chillies-2 sliced into two pieces 
Curry Leaves-one stalk 
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp 
Ginger-10 gms finely chopped 
Vegetable Oil-1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
1.First cook the rice then leave it to cool.
2.Take 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, sliced chillies and chopped ginger and remove immediately.
3.Add cold water to the cooked rice so that the rice is submerged in the water.
4.Add the fried ingredients and the curd to the cooked rice.
5.Add salt to taste.
6.Stir well.
